Services

Brentwood Inspection provides property inspection services within the United States. The scope, price and deliverables of any inspection are set out in the proposal you approve.

Quotes and proposals

Submitting a quote request does not create a contract. A binding agreement is formed only when you approve a proposal.

Reports

Reports describe visible, accessible conditions on the day of inspection and are prepared for the named client. They are not a warranty or guarantee.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity under your account.
