Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with the parties involved in your inspection (for example your insurance carrier or lender when you ask us to) and with service providers bound by confidentiality.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit, uploads are screened and stored privately, and access is restricted to staff who need it.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing us. Residents of states with consumer privacy laws may exercise the rights those laws provide.
